Terms and Conditions
These Terms explain the rules for using the Staffable AI website, requesting a free audit, booking calls, reviewing demos, and discussing or buying paid setup work.
Last updated: 19 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By visiting staffableai.com, submitting a form, booking a call, using a website feature, or discussing paid services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any policy linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
2. About Staffable AI
Staffable AI provides information, audits, workflow mapping, AI Employee setup, Staffable Console setup, automation implementation, and related business services. Website pages, examples, pricing starting points, demos, and audit materials are general information only. A paid client relationship begins only when a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement is accepted.
3. Business users and authority
If you use the website or request services for a company, partnership, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to share the submitted information and to discuss the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring that your own business use of Staffable AI, AI outputs, automations, customer data, marketing, and tools complies with laws that apply to you.
4. Free audit and booking
The free audit is an exploratory workflow review. It is not a guaranteed consultation, guaranteed diagnosis, guaranteed implementation plan, legal advice, financial advice, technical warranty, or promise of results. Staffable AI may accept, decline, reschedule, shorten, or cancel an audit request if the request is incomplete, unsuitable, abusive, outside scope, unavailable, or not a good fit.
When booking a call, you must provide accurate details, join on time, and reschedule or cancel as early as possible if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows or misuse may lead to refusal of future free audit slots.
5. Paid setup work
Paid work starts only after scope, deliverables, timeline, assumptions, client responsibilities, pricing, payment terms, and access requirements are agreed in writing. Any website price, package, example, calculator, or starting point is not a final quote unless confirmed in a written proposal or invoice.
6. Changes in scope
Additional workflows, integrations, user roles, data migration, custom code, regulated use cases, new tools, urgent timelines, or major changes after approval may require revised pricing, timeline, and written confirmation. Staffable AI may pause work if needed access, feedback, payment, or decisions are delayed.
7. AI outputs and human approval
AI-prepared drafts, summaries, recommendations, automations, reports, messages, and workflow actions must be reviewed by a responsible human before important decisions or external use. Your business remains responsible for final approvals, customer communication, legal claims, medical or financial statements, pricing promises, hiring decisions, regulated content, and use of any AI-assisted output.
8. No guaranteed business results
Staffable AI can help map workflows, reduce repeated work, organize follow-up, improve visibility, and install owner-controlled systems. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, lead volume, conversion rate, search ranking, ad performance, hiring outcome, customer response, productivity percentage, or any specific commercial result. Results depend on your offer, market, team, traffic, sales process, tools, data quality, execution, and external conditions.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, contact, access, tool, workflow, billing, and project information.
- Share only data, systems, accounts, and customer information you are authorized to share.
- Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, harmful code, illegal content, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through public forms.
- Review AI outputs, automations, rules, messages, reports, and connected workflows before relying on them externally.
- Maintain your own legal, tax, employment, consumer, marketing, privacy, industry, and customer compliance.
- Keep admin accounts, API keys, credentials, third-party permissions, and approval rights secure.
10. Prohibited use
You must not use the website, forms, booking flow, demos, or services for unlawful activity, spam, scraping, credential theft, malware, security attacks, reverse engineering, impersonation, fraud, harassment, misleading claims, infringement, unauthorized data collection, or harmful automation. Staffable AI may restrict access or refuse service if misuse is suspected.
11. Intellectual property
The website, brand assets, copy, visual design, code, demos, methods, workflows, templates, documentation, and Staffable AI materials are owned by Staffable AI or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the site for internal business evaluation. You may not copy, resell, republish, train on, scrape, or reuse substantial parts of the site or materials without written permission.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, client-owned input data remains the client's property, and Staffable AI may use project learning, know-how, generalized workflow patterns, and non-identifying improvements to improve its services.
12. Third-party tools
The website and services may use third-party providers such as Google, Cal.com, hosting providers, email services, Telegram notifications, AI providers, payment tools, CRM systems, automation tools, analytics, and security tools. These providers have their own terms, privacy policies, uptime, limits, pricing, and security practices. Staffable AI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, API changes, or data handling outside its reasonable control.
13. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Payments, cancellation, taxes, late fees, milestone billing, and refunds are governed by the accepted proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. The website Refund and Cancellation Policy also applies unless specific written project terms say something different.
14. Confidentiality and access
For paid projects, each side should protect confidential business information received from the other side and use it only for the agreed project or lawful business administration. Access to client tools should be limited to what is needed, revoked when no longer required, and handled through reasonable security practices. Do not send credentials through public forms.
15. Website availability and accuracy
Staffable AI may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website page, form, booking flow, demo, feature, offer, package, or content at any time. We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content will remain current at every moment.
16. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Staffable AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, medical, financial, employment, or professional advice for your specific situation.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Staffable AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, loss-of-profit, loss-of-revenue, loss-of-data, business-interruption, or reputational damages arising from website use, reliance on examples, third-party tools, missed communications, AI outputs used without review, or services outside a written scope. Any direct liability for paid work should be limited by the written agreement for that project.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory laws that may apply based on your location or a specific written agreement. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides should first raise the issue through the website contact form or agreed project contact and try to resolve it in good faith.
19. Changes to these Terms
Staffable AI may update these Terms when the website, services, backend process, legal requirements, or business model changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
